Third Match - SW v/s PI (1/05/2010)

The match schedule at 6:20 AM, but due to the bad weather condition, the match started at 6:30 AM. Patna Indian won the toss and elected to field first.
Pitch report was favorable to bowlers in early wickets,but there were many miss fields were seen on the ground. Sudhanshu Gautam of SW, stand on the wicket for 8 overs and make the good total of 34 runs.
In the next inning Patna Indian,loose there early wickets but the striker batsman Vikash Bhukal was hitting the ball to boundries. The hope of winnng of Patna Indian was crushed when the Vikash Dhankar bowled PI striker batsman.. The last wicket of PI captian saurav k bhardwaj was taken by sushanshu gautam. The PI was all out at 23 runs.

Updates of First day

First Match-PI v/s BR. (30/04/2010)

Patna Indians crashed Bikaner Rifles in First match!!

It was a beautiful morning with clouds around the sky. The weather reporters said it wont rain today. Patna Indians captain Saurav K Bhardwaj won the toss and elected to field first. It was a very quick and favorable decision in accordance with weather and pitch report.
The Patna Indians crashed the opponents which seemed alike a fort of playing cards. They were blown up with quick early wickets with very minimal score. Prabhakar Rawat from BR made the team to reach the total score of 10 which seemed to be easily chasable.
In reply PI players loosed their first wicket on first ball of the inning. Then captain of PI and Vikash Bhukal managed to make it go all the way, although BR fought back impressively. Good luck to them for another match.

Second Match-BR v/s SW (30/04/2010)

Bikaner Rifles Won in their second close match !!

2nd match of league LSW was played on the different parallel pitch but same ground. The weather was same. This time toss was won by BR. Captain Bishal Singh who elected to bat first and blown away the opponent bowler Abhishek Sheoran dreadfully. It was a perfect captains knock with 4 and 6. and the whole team was able to put up a score of 34 runs.
In reply the Shekhawati warriors openers played loosely by giving up wickets. But they knew they can win by maintaining the run rate required. Sudhanshu Gautam really played impressively with cool mind to chase the score. At one stage the game looked to go anyside. But he also lost his wicket gifting opponents their 1st win in league.
